Women are juggling families, relationships, businesses, further education, professional opportunities etc and its taking a toll on women's emotional well being, which impacts women, their families, the workplace, production and the communities we live in.
Our services aim to help women be prepared mentally and psychologically, so that they can manage the opportunities and challenges that come with urbanization and reap the benefits , without sacrificing their mental wellness.
Our Mission
Strengthen women’s emotional well-being and reduce the numbers of women affected by stress, trauma & depression by: *Creating Awareness on Depression *Enabling Life Skills Development *Providing Therapeutic & Psycho-Social Services.
In Africa,depression is the most prevalent mental illness of which women carry the burden of urban development.
